Le niveau de qualit\u00e9 1 d\u00e9crit la plus petite zone de tol\u00e9rance (prix du produit plus \u00e9lev\u00e9) et le niveau de qualit\u00e9 3 la plus grande zone de tol\u00e9rance. En standard, nos ressorts de traction sont fabriqu\u00e9s selon le niveau de qualit\u00e9 2 (zone de tol\u00e9rance moyenne).<\/p>\n<p>Pour les ressorts de traction, les tol\u00e9rances portent sur le diam\u00e8tre des spires [D, De], la longueur non tendue [L0], les <a title=\"Calculer la force du ressort\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.federnshop.com\/federkraft-berechnen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">forces du ressort<\/a> [F1, F2] ainsi que la position de l&rsquo;\u0153illet et le d\u00e9passement de l&rsquo;\u0153illet. Pour le diam\u00e8tre des spires, la longueur non tendue et le d\u00e9passement des oeillets, la norme DIN 2097 fournit des tol\u00e9rances sous forme de tableau (voir ci-dessous). Les valeurs de tol\u00e9rance pour les forces de ressort [F1, F2] et la position de l&rsquo;\u0153illet sont calcul\u00e9es sur la base de diagrammes \u00e0 socs.
