Il grado di qualit\u00e0 1 descrive la zona di tolleranza pi\u00f9 piccola (prezzo del prodotto pi\u00f9 alto) e il grado di qualit\u00e0 3 la zona di tolleranza pi\u00f9 ampia. Le nostre molle di tensione sono prodotte di serie in grado 2 (range di tolleranza medio).<\/p>\n<p>Per le molle a trazione, sono tollerati il diametro della bobina [D, De], la lunghezza non tesa [L0], le <a title=\"Calcola la forza della molla\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.federnshop.com\/federkraft-berechnen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">forze della molla<\/a> [F1, F2], la posizione dell&#8217;occhiello e la sporgenza dell&#8217;occhiello. La DIN 2097 fornisce specifiche di tolleranza in forma tabellare (vedi sotto) per il diametro della bobina, la lunghezza non tesa e la sporgenza dell&#8217;occhiello. I valori di tolleranza per le forze della molla [F1, F2] e la posizione dell&#8217;occhiello sono calcolati sulla base dei diagrammi di coulter.
